A Queens Day In

Hi my name is Gianina! I create space for healing—restoring ourselves through the kind of vulnerable conversations that bring real change. In 2021, I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. In 2025, I was declared legally partially blind. Both moments shook me to my core, but life didn’t stop. God kept sharpening my identity in Him. Through therapy, prayer, and community, I began having raw and vulnerable conversations that restored me piece by piece. 💫 My testimony is beautifully layered. Today, I’m still picking up broken pieces and letting God mold me. Because He is a Restorer. He built me to be Resilient. And He’s used my story to help me Reconnect with faith and purpose.

I've never been her ebefore

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, I've never been here before. I had that thought recently. While I was sitting alone on a friend's patio with my tea, Bible open, just enjoying the quiet. Nothing extraordinary was happening. I wasn't praying some deep prayer or wrestling with some huge decision. I. Have. Never. Been. Here. Before. I've never been this age, in this moment, with these feelings, getting tp know God on this level, getting to know ME in this way, never been this deep into my singleness. And my...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, What if God isn’t giving you a new assignment…He’s recalibrating how you steward the one He already gave you? Recently, I realized that one of my fears had quietly taken over something God asked me to do. I’ve been in the event industry for as long as I can remember. Even when I was deep in my first love of dance, I was planning video shoots, photo shoots, and unforgettable experiences. My last big-girl job (lol) was as an Event Manager. My vision wasn’t the best then...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, We always talk about trusting God. But can we talk about what grief changes besides our hearts? Lately, I've been wondering if it changes what we notice. Losing one of my girls has put me in a position of disbelief. Not disbelief in God, but disbelief that all the things she believed I could accomplish... she won't get to witness in the natural. My daily rhythm that included her has to change. And I do mean daily. It feels like the gold thread that helped me put pieces of...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, Have you ever had God do something so specific that all you could do was laugh? 😂 Not because it was funny. But because it was unmistakably Him. Girrrlll… a lot has happened since the last Holy Tea. A few weeks ago, I had a dream about California. I didn’t know exactly what it meant at the time, but one thing stood out: even though there was chaos, my belongings were protected. Fast forward to the week I was supposed to fly out to California for my best friend’s...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, Have you ever looked up and realized you’ve been surviving for so long that you almost forgot what you genuinely enjoy? Not because you stopped loving those things. But because survival had become your normal. For the last five years, survival mode has been my norm. I was hiding my light. Hiding my gift to shift an atmosphere. Running from the healing power my story can activate. I was hiding me behind grief, navigating change, and learning acceptance. Looking back, I...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, Is this thing still on? 😂 I pray your year has been fruitful and fun so far. Have you ever felt the weight of coming back to something God asked you to do pressing on your neck? The constant confirmations about what you're supposed to be doing, and realizing you still have the natural ability to do it in all the other places except exactly where God originally gave it to you? It's me y'all. I'm talking about me and you. For the first time in a long time, I actually feel...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, You ever have one of those moments where God lovingly pulls you to the side and says, “Alright… we need to talk.” Not in a scary way or in a shame-you way.But in that quiet, “I love you too much to leave this unchecked” kind of way. Recently, I joined “The Whole Man Revival” online, led by Prophet Davon Felton, and baybeee… every day felt like God was opening another drawer in my heart. Each session focused on a different topic, and with every message and guest speaker,...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, It’s been a little quiet over here. God and I have had… some conversations. 😅 And girl, I may or may not have been avoiding ya’ll. Lately, I’ve been feeling limits in every direction, mental, financial, spiritual. Mentally, I’ve been looping thoughts like, “I can’t afford to run this ministry.” Financially, I’ve been calculating and re-calculating what makes sense. Spiritually, I’ve felt stretched to do more… but also aware that I hadn’t taken the steps. And then the...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, I pray the Lord has been slipping extra doses of joy, peace, and little surprises of grace into your days this season. Last month’s Written in Grace was so beautiful, the kind of cozy, God-kissed moment that stays with you. It was so powerful that a whole poem and a piece of art were birthed right out of that space. And the best part? Both Queens gave me permission to share their creations with you. Thank you, Even Here by Darilyn Williams Even here, I thank you because...

Hey Queen Reader 🖤👑, Earlier this year, I was begging God for clarity. My heart was heavy, my mind confused, and my soul exhausted. It felt like I was stuck on a hamster wheel, crying out while God seemed silent. I prayed for relief, for some kind of understanding that would let me breathe again — but nothing shifted. No matter how many gospel songs I played or sermons I watched, I stayed unsettled. I even started wondering if I was so messed up that He wasn’t looking out for me. Deep down...
